Can you provide maintenance for a website that is not hosted on your servers?
Yes. We maintain and improve websites hosted with third-party providers every week. Contact us with your host's name and we will confirm the details.
Do you offer both fixed-rate and hourly billing for website updates?
Yes. For sites hosted elsewhere you can choose fixed project pricing or hourly billing, whichever suits the work and your budget. Regular upkeep is simplest on a care plan.
What kind of support can I expect if my website is hosted elsewhere?
The same expert support our hosted clients get: regular updates, security checks and performance tuning, coordinated with your host.
How does billing work if I need occasional updates versus regular maintenance?
Occasional updates are billed by the hour or by the project. Regular maintenance costs less on one of our monthly plans. We will tell you which works out cheaper for your site before you commit.
Is there a difference in service between third-party hosted sites and sites you host?
The care is the same. Sites on our servers gain faster access for changes, automatic backups and quicker recovery, and every client gets our best work either way.
